House of Flowers AI-Powered Florist Website.
I redesigned House of Flowers, a local florist in Washington, DC, using Base44 to transform its outdated online presence into a modern, premium, and conversion-focused digital experience.
The original website featured a dated interface, cluttered navigation, inconsistent visual hierarchy, and a basic shopping experience that made browsing products and completing purchases less intuitive. It also lacked modern customer engagement features, AI assistance, and business automations.
To address these challenges, I designed a completely new experience with a luxury, web/mobile first interface, improved navigation, organized product categories, a streamlined shopping journey, a complete cart and checkout flow, an AI Florist Assistant, a Custom Bouquet Builder, wedding and event inquiry forms, and smart automations that improve both customer experience and business efficiency.
Before: Original Website: https://www.dchouseofflowers.com/
After: Redesigned Website: https://house-of-flowers.base44.app
This project demonstrates how thoughtful UX, modern UI, and AI-powered automations can help a local business strengthen its online presence, simplify customer interactions, and create a seamless ecommerce experience.

The idea of making it available to every budget to personalize their own bouquet is amazing and here to stay!! Also the implementation using base 44's dashboard and internal database functions is top-notch! Congrats!
