HoldIt is a trust layer for social commerce that helps buyers and sellers complete online transactions with confidence using escrow.
Instead of paying sellers directly, buyers secure their payment in HoldIt. The seller is notified that the funds are safely held, delivers the agreed item, and the buyer releases the payment only after confirming they've received it. HoldIt then transfers the funds directly to the seller's linked bank account after deducting the escrow fee.
Why I built it
I've experienced the uncertainty of buying from social media vendors, where every transaction comes down to one question: "Who sends first?" HoldIt was designed to remove that trust barrier and make peer-to-peer commerce safer without replacing the platforms where people already buy and sell.
It simply adds the missing layer of trust.

GitHub has launched stacked pull requests in public preview
a major improvement for teams working on large and complex features.
Instead of submitting one massive pull request, developers can now split their work into a sequence of smaller, connected PRs. Each layer can be reviewed independently while remaining part of the same overall change.
Why this matters:
✅ Faster and more focused code reviews
✅ Smaller, easier-to-understand changes
✅ Earlier feedback from teammates
✅ Fewer painful merge conflicts
✅ Better collaboration on complex features
This is another sign that modern software development is moving toward smaller changes, continuous feedback, and AI-assisted workflows.
