Most freelance web designers jump straight into @Framer
I start with a pen, a notebook and a 3‑page plan.
Today I kicked off a new personal project:
Designing a global law firm website where people can ✅ find the right lawyer ✅ discover office locations worldwide ✅ and experience the firm’s expertise online.
Before touching Framer/Webflow, I mapped everything by hand: - Core pages (Home, Find a Lawyer, Our Thinking, Locations, About, Contact) - Sections for each page (hero, expertise, briefings, team, office finder, etc.) - CMS collections for lawyers, offices and blogs
Swipe through the photos to see the full layout.
This is the “boring” planning work most amateurs skip.
But it’s exactly what makes a site feel professional, clear and trustworthy especially for law firms.
