a claude project with 25 brand context files, a self-hosted MCP server in TypeScript/Node.js, and a publishing layer connected to LinkedIn, X, Beehiiv, and Notion.

one research session. claude generates the newsletter, 4 linkedin variants, a twitter thread, and instagram copy. you review. the MCP server publishes.

the client was spending $3,000–$5,000/month on a content agency. now they're spending $25/month and getting more consistent output.

2-Week Instagram Content Calendar — Glow & Co. (Spec)

Developed a full 2-week Instagram content strategy for Glow & Co., a minimal Korean-inspired skincare brand, as a spec project to demonstrate end-to-end social media management.

The calendar was built around 4 content pillars — Educate, Inspire, Community, and Convert — with a healthy mix of Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories, and UGC reposts planned across 10 active posting days.

What was delivered: — Content calendar with post type, topic, and publishing cadence — Full captions written for each post in a warm, on-brand voice — Visual direction notes for every piece of content (flatlay styling, lighting, colour palette) — Hashtag sets curated per post for maximum reach — Rest days and engagement windows built into the schedule
