Your brand looks great the day you make it. Then it goes shaky the moment anyone else on your team makes something.
That gap only widens as you grow. You add people and channels faster than anyone can keep the look consistent, and the ones making everyday work aren't designers. A brand holds its standard only if they can apply it right without stopping to ask.
That's the job I do: identities that hold up no matter who's at the keyboard, whether it's a first-week hire or someone who's never opened Figma. Most of the time there's no designer to ask, so the system has to carry it.
I spent a year and a 70-page thesis on one idea. Ease is what protects quality once the brand leaves the studio and lands with the people using it every day.
The method travels. I've built it for five volunteers with no design training and for a content team scattered across a global company. Same thinking, fitted to each.
At Pitchy, a brand that shipped as a 3-page PDF whose colours didn't match its own hex codes became templates sales and marketing could run unaided. At the De Vinci Fablab, an identity that was "literally just a PDF" became a working library and training that now adds around 6,000 social impressions a month.
If your brand looks sharp when you make it and off when your team does, that's what I fix. Show me your current guide, or the last thing your team made without you, and I'll point to where it's coming apart.
