I’m looking for a talented short-form video editor to work with me long-term on my personal fitness Instagram page.

I post Instagram Reels consistently and need an editor who can closely replicate the specific editing style shown in the reference videos below.

I am specifically looking for this style — not simply someone who has general experience editing TikToks or Reels.

The right editor should have:

Strong English comprehension Excellent understanding of spoken English Experience editing short-form vertical content Strong sense of pacing and viewer retention Clean captions/text animations Good use of B-roll, zooms, cuts and sound effects Experience with fitness, lifestyle, talking-head or personal-brand content Ability to understand instructions without needing everything explained multiple times Good communication and reliability Fast turnaround times Attention to small details Ability to closely replicate reference editing styles

This will be ongoing work for the right person, with new content being edited every week.

PAID TRIAL

I will shortlist a small number of editors for a paid trial edit.

The trial will be paid at $15 AUD.

The editor selected for the ongoing position will receive an additional $25 AUD for the trial ($40 AUD total) and will then move into the long-term role.

I’m looking for someone I can work with consistently for a long time, so editing quality, communication and ability to understand the content are more important to me than simply finding the cheapest editor.
