As you may know, in Framer you can nudge absolute elements by 1px with your arrow keys, or 10px by holding Shift. But did you know you can actually adjust the nudge distance directly in the editor? Just click the zoom level at the bottom of your canvas, and you’ll see an option to set the nudge amount! Perfect for fine-tuning those tricky elements.
Has anyone played around with this? Let me know how you’re using it!

@Jorge Zamora Such a useful tip! I forget about the shift modifier all the time...
@Vaibhav Khulbe @Adriano Reis do you guys use this?!

@Dylan Campbell yeah I’ve been slacking on the default stuff I do that in Figma to have the small nudge as is(1px) and big nudge to 8px but haven’t changed the Framer default

@Carolyn Marie Ooo, I assume you work in intervals of 8 then?
I like that idea. Most of my projects are some variation of 16-24-48.... Might have to adopt this nudge!

@Brook Slagle I actually meant to say that my shift-nudge is 8px đŸ€ use a baseline nudge of 1px to fine tune đŸ€đŸŒ so yes, I try to keep it 8 pixel grid. You're naming some of my favorite numbers there 😁
