I've been spending a lot of time thinking about one question while building GhostOps OS:
Where should the boundaries in a system actually be?
It's tempting to keep adding functionality until everything becomes one giant application.
I'm taking a different approach with GhostOps.
I'm building around modular components with defined responsibilities, database-backed workflows, APIs, authentication, automation, and controlled interactions between systems.
That creates more work up front.
But it also forces better questions:
What owns this data?
What should this service be responsible for?
What happens when this dependency fails?
Where should validation occur?
What needs to be reusable later?
Those architecture decisions have become some of my favorite parts of building the platform.
Writing code solves today's problem.
Designing the system determines how painful tomorrow's problem will be.
Neymar — Born to Play | Website Concept
Neymar — Born to Play | Web Design & Development
A bold digital concept inspired by Neymar’s personality, creativity, and life beyond the pitch.
“Born to Play” explores how a personal brand can become a distinctive online experience. I designed and developed this independent project to bring together expressive art direction, character-led visuals, and a cohesive website.
THE CREATIVE DIRECTION
The visual identity combines golden yellow, warm cream, and deep charcoal with oversized rounded typography. Stylized character imagery and a dimensional NJ monogram give the opening screen a strong focal point, while a restrained layout keeps the message clear.
The aim was to capture a playful, confident personality through the entire design—from the opening headline to the smallest navigation detail.
THE WEBSITE EXPERIENCE
The hero introduces the concept with “Born to play,” pairing a striking portrait with a simple invitation to explore.
Further down, the design presents two sides of the same personality: “On the pitch” and “Off duty.” Complementary editorial cards connect football and lifestyle, using consistent colors, imagery, and typography to make each section feel part of the same world.
The closing message, “Never lose your play,” brings the experience back to its central idea.
MY ROLE
Creative direction, interface design, visual composition, and website development.
This project demonstrates my approach to translating a creative idea into a working website: establish a clear visual direction, give the content structure, and carry that identity through the finished experience.
HAVE A PROJECT IN MIND?
I create custom websites for businesses, creators, and personal brands that want a distinctive online presence. If you’re looking for someone who can connect design and development, let’s talk about what you want to build.
Bringing the quality of a home renovation into the digital experience.
For LK HOME, I designed a website that presents remodeling services with a premium visual identity and a clear path to requesting a quote. The experience focuses on what homeowners need to explore before reaching out: services, project inspiration, transformations, and local coverage.
The visual direction combines charcoal, warm gold, and soft neutral backgrounds with architectural imagery and confident typography. Each section balances visual impact with practical information, making the company’s offering easy to understand.
The homepage showcases kitchen renovations, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, and home additions. Project galleries and before-and-after presentations give the work a central role, while prominent contact buttons encourage visitors to discuss their own projects.
A dedicated service-area page organizes coverage around Boston and nearby communities, featuring a ZIP code or city search interface and individual location cards.
Project highlights:
Premium visual direction aligned with the existing brand
Project showcases and before-and-after layouts
Clear organization of remodeling services
Dedicated service-area browsing experience
Quote-focused calls to action throughout the site
The goal: create a polished online presence that helps homeowners explore the company’s capabilities and take the next step with confidence.
I just relaunched my site, alireza.work, a one-page look at what I build and how I work.
I'm a senior full-stack & AI engineer in Cyprus. Over the last 7 years I've built:
→ a multi-tenant commerce platform running ~300 stores, with an AI operator on 100+ MCP tools
→ the backend of a crypto exchange with 100K+ users (as team lead)
→ open-source agent tooling for NestJS
What I help with now:
• AI products, built end to end, from architecture to real users
• Apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Base44 or Cursor, made secure and production-ready
• AI agents that plug into your existing business systems
If you have a prototype that works in the demo but you're nervous about real users, send me the repo. The first call is free.
