One of the most interesting shifts in AI right now:
Real estate AI systems are only as smart as the spatial data behind them.
Just wrapped up a GeoAI-oriented automation project for large-scale parcel intelligence in Australia.
Built a standalone workflow that automatically detects:
→ frontage roads
→ corner lots
→ parcel orientation
→ multi-road adjacency
→ spatial access relationships
The interesting part wasn’t the GIS itself.
It was converting messy spatial relationships into structured knowledge that downstream AI systems can actually understand.
A lot of “AI for real estate” conversations focus on LLMs.
But the real bottleneck is often:
How do you turn geography into machine-readable reasoning context?
Ended up packaging the entire workflow into a production-ready executable app for non-technical teams, with batch processing + configurable spatial rules.
Feels like we’re moving from:
“mapping data” to “building spatial reasoning infrastructure.”

Just wrapped a SaaS landing page for an AI infrastructure platform — and this one was a different kind of challenge.
The product is genuinely complex. Neural network deployment, smart model routing, enterprise security, cost analytics. The kind of thing that takes 20 minutes to explain in a call — but needs to land in 10 seconds on a page.
The brief wasn't "make it look cool." It was: get skeptical engineers and technical founders to stop scrolling, understand what this does, and want to try it.
So we built the page around how that buyer actually thinks. Credibility before features. Show the product working, don't just describe it. Answer the "how long does setup take" question before they have to ask. Put social proof right before pricing, where doubt is loudest.
Every section has a job. Together they move a visitor from "what is this" to "let's talk" without a single wasted scroll.

Here is my first template for ElevenLabs and Contra contest
It turns the book cover layout into a series of social post: 4:5, 16:9 stills and 9:16 video with animated cover.
The template is done in a way to analyze your cover and adjust the setting and color to fir it.
It is oriented on independent book authors who need to promote their books with no publishers and limited budget. Though, the template only creates the cover, the overall flow and template instruments give this audience creative freedom for promotion – I give some ideas that go beyond this exact template in the video.
I was inspired by my friend Anna who is going to publish her first book this summer.

I built the thing I wished existed — an agent-driven ad pipeline — on @melius, and used it to ship a full brand campaign for Stratos Markets, my prediction-markets startup, in an afternoon.
I program agentic systems for a living but had yet to attempt fully autonomous agentic media workflows. So I treated it as a build problem: a six-beat brand runbook as the spec, one brand anchor as source of truth, Melius wired to Claude Desktop over MCP, Claude Opus 4.7 executing the canvas node by node. I never placed a pixel, just reviewed outputs against spec.
The canvas mapped cleanly to how I already build: typed nodes, deterministic outputs, a graph I can reason about. That fit is what let an engineer ship a brand-coherent campaign in an afternoon.
