Reached out to support and their policy is essentially "if our system doesnt work, just email us every single time credits are taken from you when they weren't supposed to be and we'll look into it" Holy moly. As a civilization we're advancing technologically in all things except customer service. Customer service instead seems to be regressing at the same speed that Ai companies are innovating. I don't usually regret purchases but so far I think I'd advise people to hold off before making any sort of annual plan commitment to anyone Ai company that has a credits based business model.
