Renee Mizrahi, in her August review: "I have no technical background, but I had a vision. Articulating that was hard, like I had been dropped in a remote country not speaking the language, and had to talk through a translator. Daniel 'spoke' that language."
A lot of this job is translation.
Translator is the most honest job title in design. Founders bring the feeling, we bring the dictionary, plus a few rounds of "no, a different blue" in between.
Sample Data - I translated a formal business letter about an order confirmation and delivery schedule from English to Hindi. I also translated a customer support message from Hindi to English.
My goal was a translation that sounds natural to a native Hindi reader, not a word-for-word copy. I used formal Hindi for the business letter, including the right greeting and sign-off. Common business words like ऑर्डर (order), डिलीवरी (delivery) and ईमेल (email) are kept the way Indian businesses actually use them.
I checked every date, quantity and order number against the original to make sure nothing changed. The file also includes a glossary of key business terms and short translator’s notes explaining my choices.
Description: I turn messy spreadsheet exports into clean, consistent, analysis-ready data. I remove duplicates and extra spaces, standardize names, dates and currency, and flag missing values for review instead of guessing.
