The AI Property Advisor is the intelligent assistant built into AURA Prime Real Estate to help users find properties faster and in a more natural way.
Instead of relying only on traditional filters, users can simply type requests like:
“I’m looking for a 2-bedroom apartment under 2 million AED.”
The assistant understands the user’s intent, identifies criteria such as budget, location, number of bedrooms, property type, or furnishing, and automatically searches the available inventory.
Using tool calling, the model does not invent listings. It connects to backend search tools, queries the real property database, and returns only available properties that match the user’s request.
Responses are delivered with real-time streaming, so users can see the answer appear as it is generated. When relevant properties are found, the chat also displays interactive property cards with images, price, location, and key details.
The assistant works in both English and Spanish, keeps conversational context, and can ask follow-up questions when the request is too broad.
