That’s why I built FlowPilot, a practical project management system around a startup launch scenario.
The goal wasn't to create another task list.
It was to create a system where a PM can quickly see:
→ What needs to happen
→ Who owns it
→ What's dependent on what
→ What's at risk
→ Where the project stands
I structured the system in Asana using project sections, ownership, milestones, dependencies, status tracking and RAG visibility.
The idea is simple: better visibility leads to better decisions.
