It's finally online!
I worked on this project from July 2025 until December and I was waiting for it to be finally launched to the public. And THE DAY HAS COME!
This was one of the biggest projects that I've worked on and I'm pretty happy with the outcome.
impressive design
Built a free Texas Hotel Intelligence Dashboard from public HOT tax filings — covering 15 MSAs and 1,000+ cities with RevPAR, supply, and revenue trends. No STR subscription required. Built independently in Python, hosted on Render. This is the kind of AI-augmented research workflow I build for CRE and EDC teams.
