One of my recent projects as a Social Media Manager 👇
I worked with a client offering an omnichannel chat platform powered by AI chatbots and live agents. Before I stepped in, their content mainly focused on product features without adapting to the Indonesian audience (as the content was created by the team outside Indonesia).
My approach? Localize first, then communicate value.
I transformed their content strategy by:
Turning generic product features into relatable, real-life use cases
Aligning topics with Indonesian behaviors and seasonal moments
Focusing on pain points that local businesses actually face
One example: during the Ramadan season, I created content around “mudik”, showing how AI chatbots can keep customer responses running even when the customer service agents are offline or traveling to their hometown.
Result: content that feels closer, more relevant, and easier for the audience to connect with.
