I wanted to share a solution I built to help businesses get more positive Google Reviews (seriously haha).
The whole process is fully automated. The technician only needs to mark the service as "completed" in the CRM, and the workflow triggers automatically. âš¡
The customer instantly receives an email asking for a rating. If they click a score of 4 or 5, they are automatically directed to the Google Business Profile to leave a review. It’s a great way to get more social proof without any extra manual work!
