I designed, built, and operated a company-wide internal platform from the ground up. It grew to more than 20 substantial modules serving 100+ concurrent users across sales, procurement, laboratory work, production, and administration.
I owned the system end to end: business-process analysis, data modelling, PHP APIs, Vue and TypeScript frontend development, authentication, SQL performance, Linux servers, Docker, Nginx, GitLab CI/CD, networking, backups, deployment, and production support.
Alongside the main platform, I built a multi-country procurement ingestion pipeline, an RFID meal-registration and POS system, a dedicated Android application, and integrations with physical equipment and remote construction-site cameras.
