here's my exact process for every new client:
day 1: get full access (ad account, pixel, landing page) day 2: understand their offer and who we're targeting day 3-4: build landing page and set up tracking day 5: create 3-5 ad variations testing different hooks day 6-7: launch and let it enter learning phase week 2-3: monitor daily, optimize weekly week 4: scale winners, kill losers, refresh creatives
