The tension was between permanence and disposability. A label needs to feel institutional enough to be taken seriously, but the visual world I was building was deliberately degraded, torn, ephemeral. That contradiction became the whole project.

In an era of soulless AI-generated creativity, flooded with templated designs stripped of real emotion, we risk forgetting what makes design alive. I’m not against AI as a tool (at all!), but relying on it alone and skipping the essential steps of meaningful creative work is where the "magic" dies. It’s refreshing and inspiring to see a project that reminds us what human design truly means. The new identity for “Amazônia”, developed by FutureBrand, is far more than a branding exercise. It’s a living, breathing tribute to culture, nature, and people. There’s thought, sensitivity, and humanity in every detail. It feels crafted, not computed! They even created a tool where you can write your name using the same alphabet that shapes the logo! Necessary? Absolutely not. Brilliant? Oh, yeah! Using the Amazon rainforest as its canvas, this work reconnects design with purpose. It shows that when creativity is grounded in genuine insight and emotional truth, it can transcend trends and time. At a moment when AI floods our feeds with generic outputs, this stands out as a masterclass in authenticity and design that truly matters. Congratulations to the team behind this project.
