Posting consistently is important, but consistency alone won't grow a social media account.

Good social media management also means paying attention to what happens after you publish.

I focus on four things:

→ Monitor: Check how people respond to your content. → Engage: Respond to comments and messages. → Analyze: Identify which posts perform well and which don't. → Improve: Use those insights to guide future content.

Every post gives you an opportunity to learn something about your audience.

Don't just publish and move on. Pay attention, learn, and improve.
