Add it to Notion. Set a Todoist reminder. Block time in Google Calendar. Then message the person waiting on me in Slack.
I built Notely to make that follow-through easier. I can ask: “Find what’s still open on this and get it ready.”
Notely checks my notes, tasks, and connected apps, then lays out the steps and proposed changes. I can approve, skip, or reject them before anything runs.
It connects with Gmail, Slack, Notion, Todoist, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, and Google Calendar.
Notely is free, with no trial or credit card required. Bring your own AI API key.
What’s one follow-up you’d want your notes app to handle for you?
The approve / skip / reject step before anything runs is the smartest part. That's what makes people trust an AI agent with their Gmail and Slack. My answer: after a client call, turn my notes into a follow-up email draft plus a task for each action item, with deadlines pulled...
Turning a single note into four separate tasks can be a real time sink, and Notely's ability to auto-map them across Notion, Todoist, Calendar and Slack is a game-changer. Excited to see how this streamlines follow-through for busy creators.
I built MobiFix Nairobi : A Mobile auto care company.
I rebuilt the moment an inbound “Can I book with you?” becomes “You’re booked.”
MobiFix Nairobi is a fictional mobile automotive service business built around one simple problem: booking vehicle services often means back-and-forth messages, checking availability, coordinating technicians, confirming locations, and handling payments manually.
I designed the experience so the customer can:
→ Choose a service
→ Select their vehicle
→ Enter their location
→ Pick an available date and time
→ Add their details
→ Review the booking
→ Complete payment
→ Receive a booking confirmation and code
Behind the scenes, the business gets a real dashboard with bookings, calendar, customers, services, technicians, availability, analytics, and website management — all backed by real data.
The goal was to make the entire journey feel less like “requesting an appointment” and more like simply getting booked.
A digital portfolio showcasing my work across Product Management, Product Analysis, and UI/UX Design.
I built this portfolio to document how I approach digital products — from understanding problems and user needs to defining solutions and creating meaningful experiences.
I plan and write social content — posts, captions, and content calendars — built around a consistent brand voice. Rather than posting randomly, I focus on a rhythm of content that keeps an audience engaged over time and nudges followers toward becoming leads or customers, tailored to how each platform actually works.
