A fashion store had 3,900 customers and $233K in sales but relied on gut decisions instead of data. After analysing their customer data, I found that promo codes were overused, the subscription programme wasn’t driving loyalty, and most customers fit one clear demographic profile. My recommendations focused on reducing unnecessary discounts, improving or removing the subscription model, and targeting the core female customer segment.
