95% of small businesses struggle with inventory management — losing an average of $47,000 a year to stockouts and overstocking. That's not bad luck. That's a data problem.
Most freelancers hand you a clean file and disappear. I build systems that stay clean — automated data cleaning that refreshes itself whenever new data comes in, so you're never paying someone to redo the same job every month.
Clean data → real analysis → visuals you can act on. Dashboards are the next layer I'm actively building toward.
Currently focused on e-commerce and small business owners — helping you know what's actually selling and what's actually working, before the next decision gets made blind. Not limited to one sector, though — if your numbers seem untrustworthy, that's usually the first thing to fix.

📊 Turn Your Excel Data Into a Clear Business Dashboard
Still managing your business reports in Excel and spending hours trying to understand your numbers?
I help small businesses turn their existing Excel/CSV data into simple, interactive Power BI dashboards.
With a dashboard, you can quickly track:
• 📈 Sales performance
• 🏆 Top-selling products
• 👥 Customer trends
• 🏪 Store/branch performance
• 📦 Product performance
• 🎯 KPIs and monthly targets
I recently built a retail analytics dashboard using Power BI, with data cleaning and transformation using Excel/Power Query.
I'm currently looking to work with small businesses, retailers, and growing teams that want their data to be easier to understand and use.
💬 If you already maintain your business data in Excel, feel free to message me. I'd be happy to show you what a dashboard could look like for your business.
"HomeFix" Home repairs, without the hassle.
Business: HomeFix
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Business scenario: A small home-repair service handling AC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance jobs. The owner spends too much time answering availability questions and coordinating booking changes while managing a busy schedule.
The problem we solved: Customers had to contact the business to ask about services and appointment times, creating avoidable back-and-forth for both the customer and the owner.
The experience: HomeFix gives customers one place to choose a service, describe the issue, enter their location, see available appointment times, and review their booking before confirming. Customers can also manage an existing booking online. The owner portal provides a central view for managing appointments and service operations.
What this improves: Customers can move from “Can I book?” to a reviewed appointment request without waiting for a reply just to check availability. The owner has less manual coordination to handle.
Messaging note: Customer email and SMS delivery require provider setup and are not currently active. The booking flow and in-app experience can be demonstrated without claiming external messages are being sent.

September is a reset month. Hiring picks back up after the summer slowdown, budgets get revisited, and most teams start planning for Q4 in earnest.
Your books belong on that same reset list. If you're heading into a busier quarter without a clear read on cash and spend, that's the thing to fix now — not after Q4 is already underway.
