A modular multi-storey residential building designed entirely in Spline 3D, focused on structural realism, repetition efficiency, and architectural balance. The grid-based layout uses repeated balconies, railings, windows, and AC units to ensure visual consistency and real-world practicality.
Key focus areas include accurate proportions, layered depth to avoid flat facades, subtle light interaction, and optimized modular elements for scalability. The highlighted entrance zone breaks repetition and establishes clear visual hierarchy.
This project reflects a disciplined architectural workflow, suitable for urban scenes, real-estate visualization, and interactive web-based 3D environments.
