THE SQUARE is a one-page website I built for a chess club in Bucharest. My goal was a
site that feels alive rather than static, so the hero centers on a 3D chess set that
rotates slowly, the cards respond with a subtle tilt on hover, soft periwinkle gradients
drift behind the content, and key figures count up as you scroll. The design stays light
and editorial — a serif display face for headings, a clean sans for body, and small
chess-notation details as a nod to the subject. https://stitch.withgoogle.com/preview/11055894979560643717?node-id=e66b3c3f47cc4387bebd9b8a618cbdd1
A quick note to clarify my submission. Everything I built (the project prototype and the video) is unchanged and was submitted within the challenge window. The only issue is that, while rushing before the deadline, I pasted the wrong text into the description field: it was a...

A look at how the Nova Digital Studio logo came together: a cube, because 3D is what we build; engraved lines that give a flat page depth; and a simpler version that holds up at 16 pixels.
I'm open for new projects: 3D websites, digital products and Framer templates. If you're working on something, I'd love to hear about it.
What influenced your vote more: the layout or the photography?
Two homepage directions for the same fictional lighting studio.
I’m curious whether seeing the product up close or seeing it in a space makes you want to explore more.
Atmospheric, and it was the photography that decided it. A lamp is a product you buy for what it does to a room, so seeing the warm glow pooling across a dark surface sells the feeling before the layout even registers. Sculptural is gorgeous but shows the object, Atmospheric shows the outcome.
