Launching a Shopify store? Run through this checklist first.
✔ Test checkout on mobile, start to finish
✔ Set shipping zones and rates for every region you sell to
✔ Add a clear returns and refund policy
✔ Compress product images so pages load fast
✔ Write unique product titles and descriptions for SEO
✔ Connect analytics before you spend on ads
Small details, but they're often the difference between visits and sales.
Save this for your next launch.

Before a Shopify store goes live, the design is usually done. The checks are not.
• Test the checkout with a real order, end to end
• Test the contact and newsletter forms — do the messages actually arrive?
• Open the product pages on a phone and check the load time
• Check that the automated order and abandoned-checkout emails actually send
Automation fails quietly. Nobody gets an error message. The order email just never arrives, and the store owner finds out from a customer.

Organised collections and clear navigation are what keep fashion shoppers browsing, so it is good to see them front and centre here. How did you handle the product image sizes on mobile?
