I developed Menergy as a full-stack mobile application focused on men’s health, wellness, and lifestyle. The platform combines educational content, daily health tracking, and professional medical guidance in a single, user-friendly ecosystem.
The app features a Reels-style video section where doctors and specialists share short, trusted health-related content. It also includes a News & Announcements module that delivers timely updates and important information to users.
In addition, Menergy provides built-in health tools such as BMI and BMR calculators, along with daily step tracking to help users monitor and improve their physical activity and overall well-being.
On the technical side, I built the backend using Laravel and developed the mobile application with Flutter. The system includes API integrations, push notifications, and a scalable architecture designed for smooth performance and future expansion.
Overall, Menergy delivers a modern, engaging, and practical health platform that combines content, tools, and tracking in one seamless experience.

The AI-driven savings insights screen is the most interesting part here. Surfacing actionable recommendations (not just raw data) is what makes smart home apps actually get used past week one.

So for the #ConfigMakeathon, I built Check In — a 3-screen mental health check-in app designed to feel human, not clinical.
Here's how it works:
→ Pick your mood (no account, no tracking, no pressure)
→ Get a gentle journal prompt matched to how you're feeling
→ Receive one science-backed grounding tool — box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1, or a small nudge
The whole thing resets with one button. That's it. Simple on purpose.
Built in using @Figma Make — designed in Figma, prompted into a fully working app, zero separate coding environment.
This project reminded me that the best tools aren't the most complex ones. Sometimes the most meaningful thing you can build is something that asks one good question.
