44-page luxury real estate brochure and digital booklet designed to market a distinctive international property in Patagonia, Argentina. This extensive multi-page publication combines property photography, detailed residence information, amenities, floor-by-floor descriptions, grounds, lifestyle imagery and location information in a sophisticated editorial layout.
The project demonstrates my experience in multi-page brochure design, booklet design, real estate marketing, luxury property brochures, editorial design, print design and digital brochure design. I developed a consistent visual system across all 44 pages, balancing large-scale photography with detailed content, strong typography and clear information hierarchy to create a cohesive, easy-to-navigate marketing piece.
Designed for both professional print production and digital viewing, the booklet included interactive elements for online presentation, allowing the same marketing collateral to work across print and digital channels. The property is no longer on the market, so the original interactive links are no longer active.

• a strong CTA for the SS/26 collection
• social and community elements that make the brand feel active
• a simplified mobile composition that keeps the same visual impact
• a clean mobile menu that contrasts with the expressive hero

Focusing primarily on young families, the visual identity is soft, modern, and sustainable.
