VibeShield is now detecting real security issues 🛡️
I've been building VibeShield, a web security scanner that analyzes websites and automatically identifies common security weaknesses.
I recently tested it against two real websites.
It detected issues including:
Missing CSP
Missing X-Frame-Options
Cookies without Secure
Cookies without SameSite
But VibeShield doesn't just return a list of technical errors.
It explains what the issue means, why it matters, and how it can be fixed.
The platform also includes:
SSRF protection • Rate limiting • RLS • Stripe • Premium reports • Browser security controls • Automated security testing
I'm now validating the product with real-world websites and preparing it for a broader beta.
Built, tested, and continuously improving.

Nice. One thing that separates a scanner devs trust from one they ignore: severity scoring plus a way to manage findings. Rank each issue (missing CSP = medium; exposed secrets or known-vulnerable pinned versions = critical) and let users mark findings as reviewed or false...

Absolutely — I agree. That's one of the areas I'm working on next.
VibeShield already has severity levels, but I want to go further with finding management: reviewed, accepted risk, false positive, etc., with that state preserved across scans.
I'm also refining the severity model...
