I stopped chasing trends and started building a dream. ❤️
For a long time, I thought I needed to focus on what was popular, what was in demand, and what could help me get somewhere.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I was spending more time thinking about what what is popular than what I actually wanted to create.
So I decided to do something different.
I started building something of my own.
Something I've imagined, something I genuinely enjoy working on, and something I hope to see grow into much more than it is today.
Meet BuildWorld 3D — my personal 3D game development project, built around creativity, building, customization, and the freedom to create your own little world.
Currently at Prototype v0.47, it's still a work in progress, but seeing an idea slowly turn into something playable feels incredibly special.
I have a much bigger vision for this project, and I hope to bring it to life step by step.
It's going to be a journey of learning, experimenting, making mistakes, fixing things, and probably a lot of debugging. XD
I don't know exactly how far I'll take it, but I do know that I want to give this idea the time and effort it deserves.

Creative work
I had a random idea: what if I built a 3D Taekwondo game that runs entirely in the browser? 🥋
Well… I actually went and built it 😂
Introducing DOJANG — a little side project that started as an excuse to explore 3D development and turned into a surprisingly fun game.
You can:
- Spar against AI opponents at different difficulty levels.
- Practice Taekwondo techniques and combinations.
- Compete using arcade or Taekwondo-inspired scoring rules.
- Work your way through belt progression.
- Play on desktop or mobile.
It's built with React, Three.js, TypeScript, and a lot of experimentation with animation, physics-like combat interactions, and game mechanics.
This was a fun opportunity to step outside my usual product and interface development work and explore a completely different kind of interaction design.
There's still plenty I'd love to improve, but that's part of the fun of building things.

sharp minds build great projects
A few months ago someone told me my portfolio didn't clearly show the impact of my work.
Fair. It had nice screens and not much proof.
So I went back to training. Since then I've rebuilt the whole thing with three AI coworkers: Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. I designed it, they wrote most of the code, and my main job was saying "no, smaller" about 400 times.
Every case study now shows the problem, the decision I made and what changed, with a source next to every number. If there's no number, it says so.
Then it got a bit out of hand 🤭:
• a samurai intro (turn your sound on)
• a day/night switch that slices the page in half with lightning
• Slice, a sword game with a live leaderboard. My high score is very beatable. Please don't. 😂
• an ink dragon that tells you random facts about me
• a 30-second film in my own voice, below
It still loads in about a second on a slow phone. I'm now a designer who cares about load times. Nobody warned me that would happen.
I had more fun building this than I've had on anything in a long time.
