Complete failure on the user experience for the #invideocontrachallenge. I submitted my workspace ID days ago, only to be met with total silence, followed by AI auto-replies from InVideo support telling me to just "buy the Max plan" myself.
You dangled an $11K prize pool to get small creators to join, but you aren't even giving us the basic AI tools promised in your guidelines to complete the brief. Talent isn't measured by follower count, but right now, it feels like only the ultra-well-known profiles are getting access. Someone from the community team needs to act like a human, check your support inbox, and manually fix my account before October 12. 🪵✨

I applied for the Max plan upgrade days ago, submitted my workspace ID, and filled out the support forms. Zero response. Total ghosting.

I talked with the customer support for two days and I got the max plan. they were very supportive. Stop spreading misinformation.
i decided to test Agent Two more on @Invideo, by working on another effect (Stepped 4-bar reveal),. and video (my 2nd Submission)
(p;s, please pay attention to the way i applied the Stepped 4-bar reveal effects, Zoom punches effects, Camera shake, Motion blur, RGB split, etc.)
this time i had a song i loved in mind,.. and i wanted to create something around it, something that really resonates with the song very well,.. something that i could build and apply more than 5+ different effects on.
so i decided to create a Lionel Messi edit,.. Why?,.. because it fits the situation around him and the World (He's National Football Retirement)
so i wanted to use the opportunity to compile clips of Lionel Messi, and build effects that would make the Final Video like beautiful,..
😍having people belike; "what platform made that Video?"
and
😍also belike; "If an agent can build this for me, why am I still spending hours doing it manually?"
also, you will notice the SFX Sounds my agent added when the Stepped Bar effect comes alive, you can hear the sound as the Bar lands.

☀️ A massive yellow synthwave sun
The agent built the custom effects instantly, and I just refined the final timing in the editor. Why spend hours manually tracking when AI does it for you?
