Ok. I have to finally admin this... Design is dead.💀 I've spent the last few weeks staring at my screen, watching AI spit out interfaces in seconds, and I just... can't argue with it anymore. We're cooked. So I made a decision. After nearly 20 years in UX, I'm shutting down my design studio and walking away from the screen - for good. I'm going back to my roots. Literally. 🌱 I actually studied landscape architecture back in high school. Hated every second of it at the time, if I'm being honest. But funny how life works - I'm building my own house now, I've got a garden to design, and somewhere along the way I fell completely in love with it. Soil, stone, plants. Real work, with your hands. Something that actually grows. 🌿 Something AI can't take over. No more pixels. No more Figma. No more "can we try it in blue?" 🖥️ Just me, a pair of gloves, and a vision for outdoor spaces that actually breathe. As a total newbie in this field, I'm looking to take on a few projects for free to build my portfolio. Bro caught me off-guard... For me, this was not just April Fool it was straight April-Doom... 😂

For the Rive × Contra Vehicle HMI challenge, I designed a retro-futurist cockpit UI inspired by a Dragon Ball toy plane and real aviation instruments. The project features three screens designed and built entirely in Rive, a magnetic compass, a battery gauge with gyroscope indicator, and a main dashboard... all vector-based, lightweight, and driven by data binding with converters. The loading screen planet is procedurally generated with scripting. Still a work in progress, I'll continue to work on this after the challenge (warning screens, a retro-futurist media center, and more…). I had a lot of fun on this :) 🚀
