SalesMateAgent is an AI-powered customer support and sales assistant deployed on a Shopify storefront. The goal was to reduce repetitive support load, improve response speed, and connect customer conversations to real order data.
The chatbot was integrated with SalesMate to support sales workflows and customer enquiries, and connected to Airtable via API so it could retrieve order details and help customers track orders in real time.
