Mobi-Kumbu is a mobile-first financial services platform built around a simple goal: make everyday money services accessible to people whether they use a smartphone or a basic phone.
I worked on the platform’s website, backend, and USSD experience. The public-facing work explains how customers can use the service, while the underlying systems support the flows needed for mobile wallet interactions. Building across these parts meant thinking about the entire experience, from a person learning about the service to accessing it on the device available to them.
This project shows my ability to work beyond a website’s appearance and build connected digital experiences around a real-world access problem.
