Concept Case Study — AI Lead Follow-Up System
Most businesses don’t lose leads because there aren’t enough of them.
They lose them in the gaps between tools, inboxes and follow-ups.
I designed this self-initiated workflow to show how an AI agent can support the full journey without removing human control:
→ Capture a new inquiry from the website
→ Organize and qualify the lead using business rules
→ Prepare the right follow-up based on context
→ Pause for approval before sensitive outbound actions
→ Book the next step and keep the system updated
→ Create a clear activity trail for the team
The goal isn’t to replace the person handling sales. It’s to remove the repetitive coordination around the conversation, so every lead receives a consistent response and nothing gets lost between systems.
