When does a sports dashboard need the court to be more than a background?
In this case, we were designing Deuce a tennis analytics platform that needed to make complex match data feel immediate and spatial, not just numerical.
The brief was clear: analysts and coaches don't just want stats. They want to feel like they're watching the match while reading the data.
So we made the Wimbledon court the literal center of the interface. Every panel orbits it match overview and surface performance on the left, live scoreboard and tournament state on the right, performance trend running the full width below. The court isn't decoration. It's the anchor that makes every number feel like it belongs to a real moment on a real surface.
72.34% win rate. 48 aces. 210 km/h best serve. Djokovic leading Alcaraz 6-4 on Center Court. Alcaraz vs Sinner tonight at 11 PM. Tactic heatmaps showing where points are won and lost.
What we noticed was that spatial context changed how the data felt. The same numbers in a standard table read as analysis. Wrapped around a court, they read as intelligence.
Do you think sports UI design is still underestimating how much context and spatial layout affect how data is understood?

Finally posting this, back in May we worked on a trial project for Boona 🚿
Boona is a tandem shower brand, which was our first time working on a brand like this but it was soooooooo fun!
The brief was open enough that we had to dig, not just the Instagram feed but the website, the product itself, what it actually feels like to share that experience with someone. Everything kept coming back to the same thing: intimacy, closeness, two people in a moment that's usually just one.
We didn't end up working together but the founder's feedback made it worth sharing 🤩

Glad you decided to share it, trial work like this is often more interesting than the polished final stuff because you can actually see the thinking behind it. 'Goosebumps before the water even hits' is such a strong line, did that come from the brief or from digging into the product yourself?
This is a banking credit dashboard I built from scratch to turn messy loan application records into clear, actionable visuals. The main goal was to analyze what factors actually cause a loan to get approved or rejected.
Here is how I worked on this project manually:
Data Formatting: I cleaned and sorted the raw dataset in Excel, fixing missing rows and organizing the numbers for a flawless setup.
KPI Calculation: I calculated core credit metrics, such as total loan amounts, average annual income, average CIBIL scores (599.9), and the final approval percentage (62%).
Insightful Charts: I created custom visuals to show important comparisons, like loan approval rates based on education levels and a breakdown of residential vs commercial assets.
I designed this entire dashboard on a dark background to make the charts stand out and look clean. Anyone can click the filters on the side to update the whole screen instantly.
Tools used: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Slicers, Data Visualization, Data Analysis)
