Email prototype — Template validation and exact field values

Detail 1 of 3 from the same offline Python email prototype, built with AI assistance using synthetic messages. Editable JSON templates preserve “Zoë García” and “00042-A”, including accents and leading zeros. Only {name} and {order_number} substitutions are allowed; invalid templates lead to review. Existing tests cover exact values, template reload and rejection cases.

This demonstrates explicitly labeled fields, not arbitrary prose extraction or a paid client deployment. No email is sent.
