Nice work — UX audits that target engagement loss are always interesting. Curious, was the biggest impact driven more by structural changes (IA / flows) or micro-level refinements like copy, hierarchy, and interaction cues?

Love this question.
The real lift came from structural changes, users were getting lost in the flow more than struggling with the UI itself.
But once we fixed the flow, the micro details (copy, hierarchy, interaction cues) made the experience feel effortless.
