Recently I did a UX Audit for a client that was losing engagement on its website.
Nice work — UX audits that target engagement loss are always interesting. Curious, was the biggest impact driven more by structural changes (IA / flows) or micro-level refinements like copy, hierarchy, and interaction cues?
