⚙️ Freshdesk Automation Rules
Set up a rule that auto-detects tickets with "urgent" in the subject and instantly assigns them to a priority queue — no manual sorting needed. This is real-world workflow automation that reduces response time and prevents urgent issues from slipping through.
📋 Customer Support SOP
Wrote a complete Standard Operating Procedure covering ticket triage, escalation policy, and resolution process — including sample customer messages and a closing quality checklist.
