Zero-downtime repository and pipeline migration
Around 70 enterprise repositories moved to a new platform with history, policies and access intact.
Who it was for: A large international organisation running enterprise development at scale.
The problem. Source control and CI/CD had to move platforms without stopping delivery. Losing commit history, branch protection or access mappings would have been worse than not moving at all.
What I did. Inventoried repositories and pipelines, then ran a staged cutover that preserved history, branch policies and access controls. Rebuilt pipelines on the target platform and wired in code scanning and quality gates on arrival, so the migration also raised the security baseline rather than just relocating it.
The result. Roughly 70 repositories migrated with no delivery downtime, and automated vulnerability detection in place from day one on the new platform.

The visual layer is hand-written WebGL and GLSL. GPU particle cores that react to your cursor, morphing transitions between pages, adaptive performance that tunes itself to the device. All custom code, no template, no page builder.
But looking expensive is only half the job. I also build and secure the systems behind sites like this: multi-tenant SaaS, Stripe billing, PostgreSQL row-level security. So I wrote an automated red-team loop in Python and ran it against my own live site: attack, triage, patch, verify. It flagged a couple of hardening gaps, I fixed them, and re-ran until it came back clean.
If you want a site that looks like a high-budget trailer and holds up when someone probes it, that is what I build.

BriefHaven is a full-stack SaaS platform I built to solve a real problem for freelancers and agencies: chasing clients for project details, files, and approvals across scattered emails.
It gives clients a single secure portal link — no account or password required — where they can fill in structured project briefs, upload files, exchange comments, and approve deliverables, all in one place.
What I built:
Secure, per-client portal links with email-verification (OTP) login — no passwords
Structured brief-collection forms with client review/approval workflows
File upload pipeline with virus/malware scanning
Threaded comments between freelancer and client
Automated email notifications for key events (new brief, new comment, approval requests)
Billing integration (Lemon Squeezy)
Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase (Postgres, Auth), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Vercel (hosting), Transloadit (upload processing)
Why it matters:
This project shows what I can build end-to-end — from database schema and auth flows to file handling, transactional email, and billing — as a solo, AI-assisted full-stack developer.
