Zero-downtime repository and pipeline migration
Around 70 enterprise repositories moved to a new platform with history, policies and access intact.
Who it was for: A large international organisation running enterprise development at scale.
The problem. Source control and CI/CD had to move platforms without stopping delivery. Losing commit history, branch protection or access mappings would have been worse than not moving at all.
What I did. Inventoried repositories and pipelines, then ran a staged cutover that preserved history, branch policies and access controls. Rebuilt pipelines on the target platform and wired in code scanning and quality gates on arrival, so the migration also raised the security baseline rather than just relocating it.
The result. Roughly 70 repositories migrated with no delivery downtime, and automated vulnerability detection in place from day one on the new platform.

🚀 Instead of just applying for a job, I decided to build something first.
I recently came across an opportunity from ORDRE, a company looking for an AI Product UX Designer to help create a better AI image-generation experience for luxury fashion brands.
The role caught my attention, so I thought, why not demonstrate what I can actually build?
💻 I created an interactive AI Studio website demo inspired by their requirements.
My goal was to bring together luxury-inspired design, practical workflows, and a clean user experience.
Here's what I focused on:
✦ A premium, minimal interface for luxury fashion brands
✦ AI-powered creative workflow concepts
✦ Virtual model casting and product imagery experiences
✦ Image review and approval interfaces
✦ A dashboard that makes complex tasks feel simple

This is an independent concept demo, not ORDRE's official platform.

Moving platforms? Here's how not to lose your Google rankings.
The checklist I run on every migration, from Wix, Squarespace or an old WordPress site to Webflow, Framer or a new WordPress build:
• Crawl the old site and export every URL, title and meta first
• Build a redirect map: old URL to new URL, one row per page
• Use 301s, never 302s
• Pages with traffic keep their slug, title and main content
• Titles, descriptions, alt text, canonicals and schema all come along
• Build on staging, switch DNS last
• Submit the new sitemap on launch day, then watch Search Console for 404s for a few weeks
The number one mistake I see: launching a beautiful new site with no redirect map.
