ChatFlow is a modern, full-featured mobile chat application designed with a production-ready UI/UX system and developer-first handoff. The project focuses on building a scalable and visually consistent chat experience covering real-world messaging use cases such as 1:1 chats, group chats, media sharing, voice messages, calls UI, and robust settings and profile management.
The application was partially implemented and then fully completed with a structured design system, micro-interactions, accessibility standards, and Flutter-friendly layout guidance to ensure smooth engineering implementation.

• The goal was not to make it fancy.
It was to make the search useful. Students need quick means to find a conversation without distracting their learning.
• For this MVP, I focused on simplicity.
Clean interface, clear message hierarchy, and minimal friction to start a conversation. No unnecessary features yet, just the core interaction working properly.
• I paid attention to the small details.
Input behaviour, timestamps, empty states, and how responses appear. Chat is less about visuals and more about flow and timing.
• What worked?
The interaction feels direct and distraction-free.
• What’s next?
Exploring message states, smart prompts, and possibly structured replies once we validate usage.
It’s still early, but direction > perfection.

TCDS Student & Franchisee – Educational Platform
• Overview: A dual-app ecosystem managing an educational network of 5,000+ students.
• The Problem: Educational institutions often struggle with fragmented data between student progress and franchisee administrative tasks.
• The Solution: Created a centralized system where students can view progress dashboards with grades and performance metrics, while franchisees use a separate interface for enrollment tracking and branch management.
• Technical Implementation: Utilized automated FCM notifications to keep the entire network updated on assignments and institutional announcements
