Before opening Figma, I design the system.
While building ToadRiot (a discovery-first ticket resale marketplace), I forced myself not to jump straight into UI. Instead, I mapped: – User & context – Information architecture – Trust & security – Full screen inventory – Sprint priorities – A decision log
