Built a backend system for monitoring business-critical events in SaaS applications, detecting silent failures that traditional infrastructure monitoring tools miss.

Heron tracks application-level events (like payments, signups, and background jobs), learns their expected frequency, and alerts when they stop occurring—helping businesses detect issues before users report them.

Key features: • Real-time event tracking and pattern learning • Detection of missing or delayed business events • Incident creation and recovery tracking with downtime calculation • Slack alert integration for instant notifications • Multi-project support with API key-based isolation • Built using FastAPI and PostgreSQL for scalable backend performance

heyWebTeam Portal is a live multi-tenant B2B platform with 5 user roles (admin, account manager, project manager, team member, client), an 8-tab project workspace, real-time chat with WebSocket and read receipts, multi-currency PDF invoicing, hours packages, retainers, and AES-256 encrypted credential storage.

Stack: React + Vite + TypeScript on the front, Express + Drizzle + Postgres on the back, all on Replit.

Airship is a real-time engagement platform that uses APNs to deliver event-driven, stateful user experiences. It manages multi-stage lifecycles (pre-event, active, post-event) and continuously updates user-facing content through push-based triggers and scheduled workflows.

The system combines APNs updates, event processing, and time-based orchestration to keep user data in sync across a session.

This directly aligns with Apple Wallet requirements, where a pass or Live Activity needs to be updated dynamically over time via APNs, based on events like trip status, timing, and user activity.
