Lately, I’ve been putting AI to the test: how close can I get from a detailed prompt to the design I actually have in my head?
Generating a website is easy now. The harder part is getting something that feels intentional, specific and designed, rather than simply polished.
I’m finding the work before the prompt matters more than expected:
Content → Wireframe → References → Direction → Prompt → AI execution → Human refinement
AI can move incredibly fast. But the designer still needs to define what good looks like.

This project was slightly out of my comfort zone.
Most of my work tends to be warmer, more elegant and feminine. So when this client asked for something very rigid, minimal and clean, I knew I was going to have to approach the project differently.
They are architects, and they wanted their structural, precise and highly organised way of thinking to come through in the website.
I have to admit, I was a little scared at the beginning.
It’s always interesting when a project doesn’t immediately feel like “you”. There’s a temptation to bring your own aesthetic into everything you create — but sometimes the real challenge is knowing when not to.
Looking at the final website now, I actually love how consistent it feels with their identity.
And perhaps that’s the real goal of design: not to make everything look like your work, but to create something that feels unmistakably like your client.

Most booking tools treat a mobile groomer like a salon. The real problem is logistics: travel fees by zone, visits with several pets that take different amounts of time, and one van that can't be double-booked.
What it does:
🐾 ZIP check with instant zone travel fees
🐾 Live pricing and visit length for up to 4 pets, including add-ons and setup time
🐾 Only shows time slots the van can actually fit, and respects the owner's blocked time
