sonder | n. https://lnkd.in/gmTbZzk5 i built a corner on the internet for users to leave a message to somebody across the world. sonder was an idea that clicked while staring out a bus window during my usual commute, watching birds fly across the sky. It is built around the word’s definition: the quiet realisation that every person passing by is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. i started thinking about carrier pigeons, and how strangers once sent small pieces of themselves through the air. Or about shooting stars, and how humans collectively wish for a miracle whenever they see one. in sonder, you can read the wishes of a wandering star, or release a letter to be carried by the wind. the environment changes dynamically according to your local time –– transitioning through day, twilight, and night. built using Figma Design → prototyped with Figma Make → refined live with Figma Design Agent (#figmamakeathon). tweaked additionally via VS Code, Supabase and prepared using Davinci Resolve. made for the Contra x Figma Makeathon 2026 #configmakeathon . check out the original entry at: https://lnkd.in/gVrTykPH
