A specialised financial intelligence platform built exclusively for eye care practitioners and ophthalmology clinics.

Most doctors run successful clinical practices but have little real-time visibility into the financial health of their business. OphthaFin solves that — giving ophthalmologists a single dashboard that connects practice revenue, patient flow, procedure mix, and collections into one clear picture, updated in real time.

The platform was built after identifying that ophthalmologists across India were managing their clinic finances through disconnected spreadsheets, delayed CA reports, and gut feel. OphthaFin replaces that with live data, actionable alerts, and AI-generated insights — so a doctor can spend 5 minutes reviewing their practice performance instead of waiting for a monthly statement.

Key features include revenue tracking by procedure and doctor, collections and outstanding management, patient volume trends, cost monitoring, and an AI layer that surfaces patterns — flagging when collections are slowing, which procedures are driving margin, and where revenue is leaking.

Built with an API integration layer that connects to third-party clinical and practice management systems, with a clean mobile-first interface designed for doctors who review data between patients, not at a desk.
