Leads to Reach AI Presales SaaS
Leads to Reach is our own AI SaaS product designed, built, launched and operated in-house by Summerhill Technologies. It runs the entire B2B presales cycle on one data spine: find the accounts that fit, catch the buying signal, learn who to reach, and draft the outreach that lands.
The problem it solves: presales teams already have the information they need. It is just spread across a discovery tool, a news feed, a contact database, a sequencer and a CRM five products that do not share context, so the signal goes stale before anyone acts on it.
What we built:
AI Lead Discovery - describe the ICP by segment, geography and revenue band; the AI returns structured company matches with fit scores, saved straight into the pipeline. Optional enhanced web search, with token usage metered per run.
News & Signals - per-company news ingestion, with each item classified by signal type (expansion, funding, leadership change) and ranked by intent, so what surfaces first is what is worth acting on today. Every signal keeps its source attribution and a flag for whether the company is already in the pipeline.
Contact Enrichment - decision-makers stored with influence levels, plus an AI deep-scan dossier: what they own, what they have said recently, and the angle most likely to land.
Outreach Generation - a generator that takes the target company, the contact, the channel and a purpose prompt, and drafts a subject and body grounded in that specific live signal rather than a template. Reviewable, editable, saveable as a template, sendable.
Pipeline & Tasks - ten stages from Prospect to Converted, with owner assignment, follow-up tasks and a full activity timeline; every interaction is logged automatically, so the pipeline state is never someone's memory.
Agent Mode - a conversational agent over the whole workspace. Ask "which leads have a fresh buying signal?" in plain language and it answers from live pipeline data and drafts the outreach it recommends.
Multi-user workspace with admin roles, per-lead ownership, reporting on pipeline velocity and team performance, and an in-product tutorial.
Under it: 12 linked data tables as one source of truth, built on [stack] and deployed on [host].
Why it is in this portfolio: it is proof our AI work is engineering, not a wrapper. Classification with a defined taxonomy, retrieval-grounded generation that cites the signal it was built from, an agent with real tool access over a live relational schema, metered token usage, and a human review step before anything sends - all running in production, under our own name.
We build the same class of system for clients: AI-augmented CRM and sales tooling, signal and monitoring pipelines, LLM-backed research and enrichment, and conversational agents over existing business data.

StartX - Employee Lifecycle Platform
Built and operated our in-house HRMS platform, StartX, managing the employee lifecycle from manpower requests to final clearance. The exit module digitizes employee deboarding, department-wise NOC/clearance workflows, approval and hold queues, and Full & Final settlements with recovery tracking. Role-based workspaces for Managers, Employees, IT, Finance, Admin, and CRM keep teams aligned, while searchable, sortable, and exportable records replace email threads and spreadsheets.

CheckPro - Multi-Tenant Audit, Kaizen & Compliance Management Platform
Built CheckPro, a multi-tenant audit, Kaizen & compliance platform for operations-heavy businesses. Its configurable audit engine uses master data to define Pillars, Elements and Tasks, enabling new audit programs without code changes. Includes role-based access, site/user mapping, auditor assignments, live KPI dashboards, Kaizen workflows, automated reminders, escalations and reporting. The same platform can be deployed for multiple organizations or white-labeled by changing master data, branding and role hierarchies.
