Customer Support Workflow is an AI-powered email triage system built in n8n that automatically handles incoming Gmail messages. It uses a Groq-powered Text Classifier to detect whether an email is a customer support request, then routes it to an AI Agent that searches a Pinecone knowledge base using Google Gemini Embeddings to generate accurate, grounded responses. Non-support emails are silently ignored, keeping the workflow clean and focused.
