Mission Inbox had 2,700+ monthly visitors but almost no conversions. On the surface, it looked like a traffic problem. It wasn't. They were ranking for the wrong keywords, attracting visitors who would never buy.

What I Did

I audited their SEO and competition to figure out exactly which keywords were broken. Then I built a 90-day roadmap to fix it.
